Terms of Service
JXHQ Deploy is operated by JXHQ. Questions about these terms can be sent to deploy@jxhq.net.
1. The service
JXHQ Deploy hosts static websites uploaded by users through the website or API. Uploads may be checked automatically and reviewed manually before or after publication.
2. Your account
You must provide an address you control, keep your credentials secure, and use two-factor authentication where required. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and API keys.
3. Prohibited use
Phishing, malware, credential harvesting, spam, deceptive impersonation, harmful downloads, cryptomining, illegal content, rights infringement, and attempts to circumvent security controls are prohibited.
4. Moderation
JXHQ may reject uploads and restrict, suspend, preserve, or remove sites when reasonably necessary for safety, investigation, compliance, reliability, or protection of third parties. Where appropriate, we will inform the account holder of the decision.
5. Your responsibility
You retain responsibility for uploaded content, obtaining all required rights and permissions, and complying with applicable law. Do not use JXHQ Deploy as the only copy of important files.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis without an uptime or malware-detection guarantee. Automated checks reduce risk but cannot detect every harmful site or file.
7. Reports and contact
Report harmful content through the abuse form or email abuse@jxhq.net. Security vulnerabilities in the platform should be sent to security@jxhq.net.
