JXHQ operates JXHQ Deploy and is responsible for the personal data described here. Privacy questions can be sent to deploy@jxhq.net.
Data we process
We process account details, email-verification state, security settings, IP addresses, session and audit logs, uploaded files, API-key metadata, abuse reports, and scan results.
Why we process it
This information is used to provide and secure the service, publish requested sites, communicate about accounts, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Retention
Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, dispute handling, and legal requirements. Deleted names may remain temporarily reserved to prevent takeover and confusion.
Sharing and international processing
Data is shared only with infrastructure and email providers needed to operate the service, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required. Uploaded content is not sent to external AI services for scanning without a disclosed basis.
Security
We use access controls, hashed passwords and API keys, encrypted two-factor secrets, audit logging, and malware and content checks. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Your rights
